Mr. Water Filter's Shipping Policy
Orders addressed to the United States are shipped via UPS® ground or by the U.S. Postal Service, depending on the weight and size of your order.
Products are shipped within two business day of your order.
Occasionally, products may be on back-order resulting in a short delay. You will be notified by e-mail of any back-ordered items.
When your order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by e-mail.
International Shipping
For orders outside of the United States and Canada, please contact Mr. Water Filter to tell us the items you would like to order, the quantity, and your address. We will send you a quote on shipping.
You can also simply place your international order and a shipping quote will be sent to you by email.
We don't inflate the shipping cost and we don't add a handling charge.
Note: Mr. Water Filter is not an expert on import duties and tariffs, please check with your local authorities on this matter, as you will be responsible for any import duties, tariffs, fees, or taxes on orders shipped outside the United States.
