Mr. Water Filter's Shipping Policy

We ship products Monday through Friday, except on holidays or days when UPS does not have pickup for standard Ground shipping (for example, the day after Thanksgiving or a the Day after Christmas when Christmas is on a Thursday).

Products are shipped within two business days of your order, often sooner.

Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas, but we occasional have products drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.

Occasionally, products may be on back-order resulting in a delay. You will be notified by e-mail of any back-ordered items.

Orders over $35 to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States ship free via UPS® ground.

We encourage you to order two filter cartridges at a time or to order an extra cartridge with your new filter to get free shipping.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will have shipping costs via UPS added.

Orders shipped to a P.O. Box in the United States must be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, so please select Priority Mail for shipping to a P.O. Box.

Are You Sending a Gift?

Orders are shipped with a packing slip that does not include pricing, so we don't send any information that gives away the price of your gift.

Just don't ask us to gift wrap the package...trust me, it wouldn't be a pretty site! ;-)

Tracking Your Shipment

When your order ships, a tracking number is sent to you by e-mail. Just follow the instructions in the e-mail to track your package.

You can also track your order status via our new order status page. You must know your order number and billing zip code to track the status of your order.

Shipping to APO, DPO, FPO and P.O. Boxes

Due to a recent change in our logistics, it is no longer possible for us to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, DPO or FPO addresses.

We apologize for this inconvenience and regret that we can no longer ship directly to our Armed Forces stationed over seas.
