The EQ-300IPR filer cartridge life varies with the amount of iron and manganese in your water:
- At 1 PPM, cartridges last up to 18 months
- At 3 PPM, cartridges last up to 6 months
- At 4.5 PPM, cartridges last up to 3 months
- Above 5 PPM, a water softener or regenerating iron removal system is needed
