Fluoride Water Filters
Filtering fluoride from drinking water is not easy. Carbon based filters only remove 40 to 60 percent of fluoride. A special fluoride cartridge is needed for more complete removal of flouride.

Why Use a Fluoride Water Filter?
Addition of fluoride to municipal water systems has been controversial for years.
Mounting scientific evidence links fluoridated water to increased cancer death rates.
One example is the 1977 study by Dr. John Yiamouyiannis and Dr. Dean Burk. They monitored cancer rates over a twenty year period in 10 cities in the United States with fluoridated water, and 10 cities without fluoride. They found an increased mortality rate from cancer in the cities with fluoridated water.
Another, more recent example is a doctoral dissertation from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine that found a strong, statistically significant relationship between fluoride in tap water at levels commonly found in American water supplies, and the rare but often fatal form of bone cancer, osteosarcoma, in boys.
