Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all water filtration products.
You have 30 days to use the products and be the ultimate judge.
If you are not completely satisfied, just follow the process below to return your filter for a complete refund.
How to Return Your Order
To return a product, you will need to get a return authorization code within 30 days of receiving your filter, then send the filter back to us.
When we receive your return, we will issue an electronic refund on your credit card or PayPal account.

Shipping Policy
Products are usually shipped within two business day of your order. Occasionally, items are out of stock and there is a slightly longer delay before shipment. We will notify you of any delays with your order.
