If you receive your water filter and find the box opened or damaged, simply refuse delivery and contact us to report the problem.

We will get your purchase to you in good condition as quickly as possible.

Problems Found After the Package is Accepted

If you notice a problem with your order after you take delivery, contact us so we can resolve the problem quickly.

We will either send you a replacement product, or accept your return and give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
